NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, July 13, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Group Mackenzie is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the required
thth
setbacks along V Street, 19 Street, and 20 Street from 10 feet to five feet,
four feet, and two feet, respectively, and to reduce the minimum required
parking from 134 to 99 spaces to allow for the development of an 83,639
square foot mixed-use Salvation Army facility in M-1 (Light Manufacturing) and

C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone districts located at 200 19 Street. Exempt
