a suspect wanted for petty theft. On 5/28/10, at about 5:00 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached surveillance photo walked out of the Vons, 5700 Stockdale Highway with a basket
full of groceries without paying, then fled in a brown 1980s Toyota pickup, beat up with no tailgate when he was confronted by an employee in the parking lot. He was described as Hispanic
male, late fifties, 5’1” tall, 180 pounds with a shaved head and gold rim glasses wearing a gray hooded long sleeved shirt, dark t-shirt, denim shorts, white socks, and tan work boots.
