HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-0352 NPH B A K E R S F I E L D NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at TUESDAY, August 10, 2010 3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:  Glenn Hartzell-Architect is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the required setbacks along E. Truxtun Avenue and King Street from 10 feet to two and six feet, respectively, to construct a parking lot for an existing restaurant in th an M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zone district located at 725 E. 19 Street. Exempt PAUL from environmental review.
