The City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, designated by ordinances of said City as AdvisoryAgency
with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein
on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby states that the real property described in Grand Deed recorded
December 21, 2006 as Document No. 0206313356 filed in the office of the Kern County Recorder, complies
with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of
Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land. The above-mentioned real property is a result of the
division of Lot 74 of Tract No. 1443, per map recorded in Map Book 6, Pages 140-141, in Section 16, T. 30
S., R. 28 E., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California.
