be interested in speaking to anyone who may have information related to the victim or the crime, whether they think the information is relative or not. On March 29, 1998, at about 12:18
am, Willie Parker Jr., a local business man, was standing in the doorway of the Fraternal Hall, 410 East California Ave, when he was shot and killed. Parker Jr. was assisting with the
supervision of a Quinceañera which was taking place at the hall and intervened in a disturbance which resulted in Parker Jr. having to eject multiple guests from the function. It is
suspected one of the subjects related to that disturbance returned and shot Parker Jr. as he stood in the entrance to the event. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 16-21 years
of age, 5’8”-5’10” tall, thin with an unknown type material covering his face. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detective Madden at 326-3953. Willie Parker Jr.
