to be the suspect in the prowling incident on 8/17/10 in the 11000 block of Valley Forge Way. A resident who lives in the neighborhood located footage on his outdoor security system
of a man walking in front of his house in both directions within a time frame consistent with the offense and consistent with the suspect’s direction of escape. The video and still photos
are attached. The man appears to be Caucasian or Hispanic, late teens, early twenties, medium build, dark blonde or brown hair, wearing a dark shirt, lighter colored shorts, dark shoes,
and white socks. Anyone with information related to this offense or the man in the video is encouraged to call Detective Pete Cavazos at 326-3538.
