NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, September 14, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
California Water Service Company is proposing a conditional use permit to
develop a 6.5-acre water treatment plant, including a 32-foot tall reservoir tank,
treatment facilities, pump station, and an administrative building in an A
(Agricultural) zone district located at 4403 and 4601 Pacheco Road. A
previously adopted Negative Declaration is available to the public through the
PAUL HELLMAN

All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department on or
before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,
Bakersfield, CA; phone: 661/326-3733; email: devpln@bakersfieldcity.us. You may review
and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
