NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, September 14, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
JR Design Group LLC is proposing a conditional use permit to operate a 30-bed
residential facility with three staff members and a zoning modification to reduce
the parking requirement from 18 to 12 spaces in an R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family
Dwelling) zone district located at 404 S. Williams Street. Exempt from

All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department on or
before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
