NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, September 14
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Justin Miller is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the required rear yard
setback from 7 to 0 feet and to reduce the required parking from 6 to 3 spaces
to convert a 1,573 square foot residence to an office building in a C-O
(Professional and Administrative Office) zone district located at 505 H Street.

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
