NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, October 12, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Inland Architects is proposing a conditional use permit to add 4,920 square feet
of storage space to an existing mini-storage facility and a zoning modification to
reduce the required side yard setback adjacent to residentially zoned property
from 20 to 0 feet in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 1831
Golden State Avenue. Exempt from environmental review. (File #10-0457;
