NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, October 12, 2010
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Skarphol Associates is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the required
rear yard setback for a 986 square foot guesthouse/garage building from 5 to 0

feet in an R-3 (Multiple-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 2318 18

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
