calendar by Commissioner Kirschenmann, No Commissioners
spoke. Public Hearing closed.
Commissioner Tkac moved, seconded by Commissioner Strong APPROVED
to approve Consent Calendar Public Hearing item E.2 with item
E.1 being removed for separate consideration, under public HADDOCK
hearings (Item F.1.). ABSENT

Public Hearing open, staff report given. Bob Smith from
Smithtech spoke in favor of staff's recommendation. No
