On 09/10/10, Robert Louis Huddleston was released from custody and was placed on a GPS monitor by State Parole. On 09/11/10, the GPS monitor's battery died due to Huddleston failing to charge his monitor. The last GPS point placed Huddleston in the downtown Bakersfield area, near 19th and F Street. Huddleston is transient and frequents this area. His offense requiring him to register was lewd and lascivious acts with a juvenile. Huddleston is described as a Caucasian male 52 years old, 5’8” tall, 170 pounds, having brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information regarding Huddleston’s whereabouts is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
