a suspect wanted for theft. On 08/29/10, at about 7:45 p.m., the suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance photos concealed bottles of alcohol in his clothes in the CVS Pharmacy,
2690 Mt. Vernon Avenue and left the store without paying. The suspect appears to be a Black male in his forties, having a medium build and a shaved head, wearing a bright yellow baseball
cap, a yellow metal necklace, a striped (white/blue) short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, several yellow metal rings on both hands, and black shoes. Anyone with information regarding the
identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Matt Hilliard at 326-3501.
