Officers contacted Cesar Carrillo 27, the proclaimed resident, and arrested him for interfering with emergency rescue personnel. Upon inspection of the interior rooms, firefighters observed multiple marijuana plants. A search warrant was obtained and officers seized 109 marijuana plants from inside of the residence. Carrillo was arrested for cultivation of marijuana, interfering with emergency rescue personnel and he was also found found to be an undocumented alien and a hold was placed on him for INS. The fire was determined to be a result of the electrical wiring system put in place to facilitate cultivating the marijuana plants.
