Horton who disabled his GPS tracking ankle monitor and his whereabouts are unknown. Horton is a Caucasian male, 42 years old, 6’2” tall, 215 pounds with brown shaved hair, brown eyes
and multiple tattoos. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
