A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SETTING THE DATES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS
OF THE CITY COUNCIL, DEPARTMENT BUDGET
PRESENTATIONS AND BUDGET HEARING FOR JANUARY
THROUGH DECEMBER 2011.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time, by resolution, change the
meetings to be held during any specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that the Regular City Council Meetings will be held in the Council
Chambers at 5:15 P.M., Department Budget Presentations will be held at 5:15
P.M., or as soon thereafter, on Wednesdays, and Budget Hearings will be held at
5:15 P.M., or as soon thereafter, as shown below and Exhibit "A" attached
hereto:
