the 4300 block of Parker Avenue for indecent exposure and annoying children. Witnesses reported the teen was exposing himself to parents and children as they arrived at the Bakersfield
Parent Nursery 2080 Stine Road. Officers located the teen across the street from the facility wrapped in a blanket wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Investigation revealed the teen waited
until the arriving parents/children looked over at him and then he would open the blanket exposing his nude lower body. The teen was arrested for 8 counts of indecent exposure and 3
counts of annoying children and placed into juvenile hall.
