AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO RESOLUTION NO. 153-01 OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD REVISING THE
DATES OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL
DURING TIlE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 2002.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time, by resolution, change the meetings to be held
during any specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to revise the dates
heretofore specified in Resolution No. 153-01 by deleting the Regular Meeting scheduled on
November 27, 2002 and adding a Regular Meeting for November 20, 2002, to be held in the
City Council Chambers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that a Regular Meeting shall be scheduled and held on November 20, 2002, and
the meeting of November 27, 2002 shall be canceled, as shown below and on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto:
