AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
AMENDING SECTION 14.04.240 OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO WATER SERVICE
CONNECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 14.04.240 A of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Chapter 14.04 ASHE WATER SERVICE AREA
14.04.240 Service connections, meters and customers' facilities-Installation.
A. Service Connections.
1. Only duly authorized employees or agents of the city will be
permitted to install a service connection from the city's main to the customer's
premises.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the Bakersfield
Municipal Code and shall become effective ten (10) days after the date of its
passage.
