a suspect wanted for annoying children. On 11/19/10, at about 2:20 p.m., the 12 year old female victim was walking home from school alone in the area of and Oleander Avenue and Orange
Street when the suspect stopped alongside her and asked her if she wanted some puppies. There was another group of children approaching and the suspect drove away, northbound on Oleander
Avenue. The suspect was described as a Caucasian male, mid fifties, having grey hair and a gray full beard, wearing a black jacket. (A computer generated composite of the suspect is
depicted below.) The suspect’s vehicle was described as a white early 90s full size possible Ford van with minor dents on the front passenger door. Anyone with information regarding
the identity of this suspect is urged to call the Bakersfield Police department at 327-7111 or Detective Keli Reed at 326-3544.
