A no bail arrest warrant for murder, criminal threats, and conspiracy has been obtained for Gurpinder Singh, Indian male 20, 5’9” tall, 125 pounds having brown hair and brown eyes. Singh is known by the nick name of “Honey”. He has the letters “Jatt” tattooed on the left side of the neck and a mark or scar on his right cheek. Singh is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information regarding Singh’s whereabouts is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111 or Detective Rick Dossey at 326-3543. Original Release On 12/06/10, at 10:01 p.m., Officers of the Bakersfield Police Department were called to 4111 Serene Oak Drive to a report of a subject at the door demanding entry. Immediately after the call, gun shots were heard outside of the residence. When officers arrived they located Satwant Rai at the front door to the residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Rai was transported to Kern Medical Center where he later died. The suspect/s responsible had left the area.
