times at the Wal Mart, 6225 Colony Drive in Bakersfield. The attached video surveillance photos depict the suspect responsible for several of those purchases. The victim has never been
to Bakersfield and was still in possession of the credit card in question. The suspect appears to be a Black female in her twenties with long black hair, wearing glasses. Anyone with
information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call Detective Todd Dickson at 326-3511.
