NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, January 11, 2011
3:00 p.m., , in the First Floor Conference Room of the
Development Services Building, 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the
following:
San Joaquin Community Hospital is proposing a zoning modification to reduce
th
the required setbacks along K Street and 27 Street from 10 feet to 0 feet to
construct a 4-story, 60,021 square foot medical office building and along K
th
Street, 27 Street, and Chester Avenue from 10 to 5 feet to construct three off-
site parking lots in a C-2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 2623,

2625 and 2627 K Street, 1416 27 Street, and 2620, 2626, 2628 and 2700
