Motion by Commissioner Haddock, seconded by Commissioner APPROVED
Strong to approve Consent Non-Public Hearing Items D.1.- D.2.
E. CONSENT CALENDAR - PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS

2. General Plan Amendment/Zone Change 10-0488 REMOVED
Public Hearing open, Item E.2 was removed from the consent
calendar by a member of the audience. No Commissioner .
spoke. Public hearing closed.
Commissioner Tkac moved, seconded by Commissioner Strong APPROVED
to approve Consent Calendar Public Hearing with item E.2 being
removed for separate consideration under public hearings (Item
F.2.).

1 , General Plan Amendment /Zone Change 10-0479 HEARD ON
CONSENT
2. General Plan Amendment/Zone Change 10-0488 RES NO 51-10
RES NO 52-10
Public Hearing open, staff report given. Bruce Keith was in
opposition because access to his property was being
closed off by this project. Scott Underhill spoke in favor.
Commissioners Tkac and Tragish asked staff for
clarification about property access. Commissioner Lomas
discussed road improvements to Taft Highway.
Commissioner Tragish moved to adopt with conditions as APPROVED
corrected by staff and including the addition of conditions
regarding access to Mr. Keith's property and gap
improvements along Taft Highway. The motion seconded
by Commissioner Haddock to approve General Plan 10-
0488.
Commissioner Tragish moved, seconded by Commissioner . APPROVED
Tragish to approve Zone Change 10-0488, including
reference to the changes/additions as stated in the
previous motion. Public hearing closed.
G. COMMUNICATIONS
Traffic Engineer Ryan Starbuck presented a memo replying to an
inquiry from Commissioner Kirschenmann regarding traffic
concerns at the Northwest Promenade,
H. COMMISSION COMMENTS
Commissioner Kirschenmann thanked Traffic staff for their
written response to his question.
I. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Stanley adjourned the
meeting at 6;10 p.m.
