HomeMy WebLinkAbout08-1771 NPH EOT B A K E R S F I E L D NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at TUESDAY, February 8, 2011 3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:  Michael Dhanens Architect is proposing an extension of time for an approved zoning modification to reduce the required front and street side yard setbacks from 10 to 0 feet and to reduce the required parking from 30 to 21 spaces to allow for the development of an 8,702 square foot shop/storage/office building and a 1,090 square foot shop building addition in an M-2 (General Manufacturing) zone district located at 3700 and 3732 Chester Avenue. Exempt from environmental review.
