block of Oak Street when she accepted a ride from the suspect who was driving a green box style four door vehicle. The victim consensually smoked what she thought was marijuana with
the suspect but felt the effects of a stronger drug which incapacitated her. The victim reported he took her to an alley near 6th and O Street and raped her inside the vehicle then left
her there. The suspect was described as Black male, 25-30 years old, 6’0” tall, thin build, thin goatee wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black and white KSwiss brand
shoes. The attached computer generated composite is a likeness of the victim’s description of the suspect. Anyone with information regarding this crime or the identity of the suspect
is urged to call Detective Menendez at 326-3559.
