a suspect wanted for theft. On 1/9/11, the victim set her iPhone 4 on the floor beside her while sifting through merchandise at JC Penney, 2701 Ming Avenue. The suspect depicted in the
attached video surveillance photos picked up the victim’s iPhone and walked away with it, telling the woman he was with that it was time to go and they left hurriedly. The suspect appears
to be a Hispanic male, 5’6” tall, 200 pounds with a shaved head wearing a black hooded jacket. He was accompanied by a Caucasian female and a toddler. Anyone with information regarding
the identity of the suspect is encouraged to call Detective Demestihas at 326-3514.
