On 2/1/11, at about 9:45 p.m., a seventeen year old girl encountered the suspect at the GET Bus Station in the 2100 block of Chester Avenue. The suspect enticed the girl to accompany
him to a nearby parking garage where he sexually assaulted her. Investigators have identified the suspect as Allen Leon McCullar 31years old, 6’1”tall, 200 pounds having dark blond hair
closely shaved and hazel eyes. Anyone with information regarding McCullar’s whereabouts is urged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
