NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special public
WEDNESDAY, March 16, 2011
hearing at 2:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall
North, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
McIntosh & Associates is proposing a conditional use permit to construct eight
tennis courts on the Garces Memorial High School campus and a zoning
modification to permit a 12-foot high fence within the 25-foot rear yard setback
in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 2800 Loma Linda Drive.

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
