NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, May 10, 2011
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600 Truxtun
Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Jessica Pounds is proposing a conditional use permit for the sale of beer and
wine at the Bakersfield Racquet Club restaurant in R-1 (One-Family Dwelling)
and R-2 (Limited Multiple-Family Dwelling)zone districts located at 1660 Pine
Street. Exempt from environmental review. (File #11-0133; Ward 2, staff

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
