2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the October 11, 2010 regular meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from October 2,
L 2010 to October 21, 2010 in the amount of $302,125.85.
Motion by Koman, seconded by Prince, to approve Consent
Calendar items 3.a. and 3.b.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS
None
5. REPORTS
a. Update status of Baker Street Mixed Use Project,
b. Update status of Mill Creek Project and all projects
funded with Prop 1 C funding.
ED/CD Assistant Director Barnhard gave staff reports
regarding both projects. Agency Member Koman and
Agency Member Prince asked various questions. ED/CD
Assistant Director Barnhard and City Manager Tandy
responded. Chairman Bentley asked questions, and
Assistant Director Barnhard responded.

AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Prince, thanked Assistant Director Barnhard
for the great presentation on the project areas.
Agency Member Koman asked questions concerning Prop.
22 and how it will affect Redevelopment. City Manager
Tandy responded. Agency Member Knapp asked when will
Prop. 22 take effect. City Manager Tandy responded the
effective date Is January, 2011.
