CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the January 3, 2011 regular meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from
December 17, 2010 to January 31, 2011 in the amount
of $1,636,251.39.
Motion by Bentley, seconded by Knapp, to approve Consent
Calendar items 3.a. with the removal of item 3.b. for separate
discussion.

5. REPORTS
a. Legislative update regarding Governor Brown's
proposal to eliminate Redevelopment in California.
ED/CD Director Donna Kunz gave staff report with a
handout given. Members Pickett, Bentley, Koman and
Prince asked questions. ED/CD Director Kunz and City
Manager Tandy responded to the questions.
b. South Mill Creek Commercial Marketing Presentation
(Website).
Presentation was given by David Lyman, Principal
Planner. Member Bentley asked questions, ED/CD Director
Kunz responded.
C. Update status of Baker Street Mixed Use Project.
ED/CD Director Donna Kunz made presentation, David
Lyman made additional comments. Member Knapp made
comments.
d. Update status of Mill Creek Area Projects.
ED/CD Director Donna Kunz made presentation.
Members Bentley and Koman asked questions and ED/CD
Director Kunz responded.
6. DEFERRED BUSINESS
None
7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Agreement with California Water Service Company
for extension of water main line on 18th Street in the
vicinity of Central Park, in the amount of $394,041.
ED/CD Director Donna Kunz gave staff report. Members
Koman, Knapp and Ordiz asked questions. ED/CD Director
Kunz and City Manager Tandy responded to the questions.
Motion by Bentley, seconded by Pickett, to approve
agreement.
