NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, June 14, 2011
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Joseph Moore is proposing a zoning modification to reduce the required street
side yard setback for a garage from 20 to 7 feet in an R-1 (One-Family
Dwelling) zone district located at 2200 Pine Street. Exempt from environmental

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
