For Immediate Release August 24, 2011
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in
identifying a suspect wanted for burglary.
On 8/2/11, at about 10:15 a.m., the suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance
photo forced entry to an apartment at 1629 Lotus Lane and removed the victim’s
television.
Suspect is a Hispanic male, mid 20's, 5’6”-5’9” tall, 160-190 pounds, having dark short
hair and wearing a dark blue polo shirt and blue jeans.
The suspect is possibly connected to black 1990 to 2000 mid-size sedan which was
seen in the area during the offense.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to call
Detective Fred Torres at 326-3555.
