NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, September 13, 2011
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Inland Architects is proposing a conditional use permit to construct a 1,750
square foot drive-through restaurant and a zoning modification to reduce the
minimum required parking for the subject retail center from 365 to 330 spaces
in a C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) zone district located at 6451 Ming
Avenue. Exempt from environmental review. (File #11-0331; Ward 6, staff

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
