For Immediate Release September 7, 2011
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying
suspects wanted for robbery.
On 8/26/11, at about 8:10 p.m., the female suspect depicted in the attached video surveillance
photo entered Mr. Fast Gas, 600 Brundage Lane, selected a can of Four Loko alcoholic drink
from the cold box and concealed it in her purse. When the clerk confronted her about it, another
suspect assisted in preventing the clerk from recovering the property. The pair are described as
Black female, 22-25 years old, 5'5"-5'7", medium build, black hair, wearing a white t-shirt, red
shorts with a large black stripe down the side and a dark blue bandana on her hair, holding a
large brown purse, and a
Black male, 22-25 years old, 6'0", medium build, wearing a white tank top.
Anyone with information regarding the identity either of these suspects is encouraged to call
Detective Dave Cox at 326-3511.
