Being a merger and re- division of those portions of land shown as Lots 1 through 9 and Lots 12
through 20 inclusive, of Block 415 -C, Lots 1 through 20 inclusive, of Block 415 -D per Sales Map of Kern
County Land Company, recorded April 19, 1904, together with those portions of Spruce Street and those
alleys within Block 415 -C and 415 -D as vacated by order of the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
under Resolution of Intention No. 664 on December 30, 1946, together with all of grantor's right, title and
interest, If any, in and to that portion of 16s' street abutting the herein conveyed property to the centerline
of said street, all being in the Southwest quarter of Section 25, T. 29 S., R. 26 E., M. D. M., in the City of
Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California.

This Certificate of Compliance is being issued and recorded for 2 parcels.
At the request of the property owner, the undersigned City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
designated by ordinances of said City as Advisory Agency with respect to Parcel Map Waivers, Lot Line
Adjustments, and Certificates of Compliance and acting herein on behalf of the City of Bakersfield, hereby
states that those portions of land described on the attached Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" comply
with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and Chapter 16 of the City of
Bakersfield Municipal Code regulating divisions of land.
This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map
Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described herein may be sold, leased, or
financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted
pursuant thereto. Development of the parcels may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant
or grants of approval.

Being a resubdivision of a portion of Block 415 D & C of the Sales Map of Lands of Kern
County Land Company in the City of Bakersfield filed April 19, 1904 in the Office of the
Kern County Recorder
Lot A
Commencing at the northedy extention of the east line of said Block 415 D, which bears
41.25 feet west from a concrete Monument with swing ties at the intersection of the
centerlines of Pine Street and 16th Street, thence S 000 00'21' W, along said extention,
41.25 feet to the northeast corner of said block 415 D; thence S 000 00' 21" W, 264.22
feet to the southeast corner of said block; thence N 890 59' 50" W, along the south line
of said block, 234.00 feet; thence N 000 00' 21" E, parallel to the east line of said block,
264.22 feet to the north line of said block; thence continuing N 000 00' 21" E, along the
extention of last said line, 41.25 feet to the centerline of 16th Street; thence along said
centerline, S 890 59' 50" E, 234.00 feet to the point of beginning;
Containing 1.641 acres, more or less.
