NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield will hold a public hearing at
TUESDAY, October 11, 2011
3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North, 1600
Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, CA, to consider the following:
Brian Myrick is proposing to modify conditions of approval of Conditional Use
Permit No. 09-0767 to expand the hours of operation, be eligible for a cabaret
permit, and to eliminate the expiration date for a 3,177 square foot bar in a C-1
(Neighborhood Commercial) zone district located at 4715 Coffee Road.

before the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue,

and/or obtain copies of all public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action
taken on a specific project in court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised
at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
