ROLL CALL Present: Board Members Lee, Lyman and Underwood Absent: None 2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS No speaker cards were presented. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Consent Calendar Non-Public Hearing Items: 1. Minutes of the regular meeting held October 13, 2009. APPROVED Motion by Underwood to approve non-public hearing items. Lyman abstained as he was not present at the October 13, 2009 meeting. B. Public Hearing Items: File No. 09-0674 CONTINUED 1. –Approval to continue to December 8, 2009 a zoning modification to allow for the retention of an existing 14-foot tall RV canopy within the required 5-foot side yard setback in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 5401 Trimont Drive. File No. 09-0753REMOVED 2. – Approval of a conditional use permit to allow for a temporary home occupation administrative office use with two employees in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 7004 Outingdale Drive. APPROVED Motion by Lyman to continue public hearing item 3.B.1 to December 8, 2009 and to remove public hearing item 3.B.2 from the consent calendar. File No. 09-0753RES 09-24 – Conditional use permit to allow for a temporary home occupation administrative office use with two employees in an R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 7004 Outingdale Drive. Staff report given. John Dover, neighbor, spoke in opposition. Michelle Ritter, applicant/property owner, spoke in favor. APPROVED Motion by Lyman to approve public hearing item 4.1 Underwood abstained due to a personal conflict. 5. COMMUNICATIONS None 6. BOARD COMMENTS None 7.
