NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Bakersfield is giving notice that they will hold a
hearing beginning at 3:00 p.m., , in Conference Room A of City Hall North,
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2011
1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California, to consider the following:
PLANNING AND PERMIT TECHNOLOGIES is proposing a conditional use permit to construct a 119
foot-tall lattice tower with faux windmill to serve as a camouflaged wireless communications
facility, with equipment shelters in an A (Agriculture) zone district located at 3127 E. Panama
Lane. A Negative Declaration is proposed and is available to the public through the Planning

All written comments must be received by the Bakersfield Planning Department on or before
the public hearing date/time indicated above (location: 1715 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA;
phone: 661.326.3733; email: devpln@bakersfieldcuity.us. You may review and/or obtain copies of all
public documents at the same location. If you challenge the action taken on a specific project in
court, you may be limited to addressing only those issues raised at the public hearing or in the written
correspondence delivered to the City of Bakersfield.
