(Heavy Industrial) zone district located at 75 E. White Lane.

(Ward 7) 2. File No. 10 -0402- Approval of a conditional use permit to develop a 6.5-
acre water treatment plant, including a 32 -foot tall reservoir tank,
treatment facilities, pump station, and an administrative building in an A
(Agricultural) zone district located at 4403 and 4601 Pacheco Road.

(Ward 2) 3. File No. 10 -0415- Approval of a zoning modification to reduce the
