required rear yard setback from 20 feet to 5 feet to allow for an 11,000
square foot addition to an office building abutting residentially zoned canal
property in a C -O (Administrative and Professional Office) zone district
located at 1600 Mill Rock Way.

required setbacks along V Street, 19th Street, and 20th Street from 10 feet

minimum required parking from 134 to 99 spaces to allow for the
development of an 83,639 square foot mixed -use Salvation Army facility in
M -1 (Light Manufacturing) and C -2 (Regional Commercial) zone districts
located at 200 19th Street.
