Minutes of the regular meeting held May 11, 2010. Motion by Lee to approve non - public hearing items. B. Public Hearing Items: 1. File No. 10 -0130 — Approval of a conditional use permit for a 1.45 -acre oil well drill site in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located at 12570 Pensinger Road. 2. File No. 10 -0208 — Approval of a conditional use permit to permit heavy duty truck repair /wash services at an existing 7,200 square foot vehicle repair shop and to construct a 1,600 square foot vehicle wash building in a C -2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 112 Belle Terrace. 3. File No. 10 -0235 — Approval of a conditional use permit to operate a 2,108 square foot cafe within a 60,340 square foot multi- tenant office complex in a C -O (Professional and Administrative Office) zone district located at 9500 Stockdale Highway. 4.
