A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held May 11, 2010, continued
from June 8, 2010,
2. Minutes of the regular meeting held June 8, 2010.
Motion by Underwood to approve non - public hearing items.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1, File No. 10 -0260 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
install a new 360 square foot equipment shelter for an
existing wireless communications facility in an R -1 (One -
Family Dwelling) zone district located at 2603 Panorama
Drive.
2. File No. 10 -0274 - Approval of a zoning modification to
allow for the retention of an existing 12,5 -foot tall RV
canopy within the required 5 -foot side yard setback in an
R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located at 6705 St.
Lawrence Drive.

3. File No 10 -0285 - Approval of a zoning modification to
reduce the required rear yard setback from 20 feet to 5
feet to allow for an 11,000 square foot addition to an
office building abutting residentially zoned canal
property in a C -O (Administrative and Professional Office)
zone district located at 1600 Mill Rock Way.
4. File No. 10 -0295 - Approval of a zoning modification to
reduce the required setbacks along V Street, 19th Street,
and 20th Street from 10 feet to five feet, four feet, and two
feet, respectively, and to reduce the minimum required
parking from 134 to 99 spaces to allow for the
development of an 83,639 square foot mixed -use
Salvation Army facility in M -1 (Light Manufacturing) and
C -2 (Regional Commercial) zone districts located at 200
19th Street.
Public Hearing open, Items 3.B.1. & 3.B.4. were removed
from the consent calendar by member Underwood for
discussion. Item 3.B.3. was requested to be removed by
a member of the public.
Public Hearing closed.
Motion by member Burns to approve remaining consent
calendar, item 3.B.2.
4 PUBLIC HEARINGS
File No. 10 -0260 - Conditional use permit to install a new

Public Hearing open; staff report given. Member
Underwood had questions regarding the site plan.
Public Hearing closed.
Motion by Member Underwood to approve adding a
condition to require a street permit for any work that is
conducted within the public right -of -way.

recommendation.
