A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held July 13, 2010.
Motion by Lee to approve non - public hearing items.
B. Public Hearing Items:
File No. 10 -0317 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 2 -acre educational garden with classrooms
and a kitchen in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone
located at 6520 Buena Vista Road.
2. File No. 10 -0352 - Approval of a zoning modification to
reduce the required setbacks along E. Truxtun Avenue
and King Street from 10 feet to two and six feet,
respectively, to construct a parking lot for an existing
restaurant in an M -1 (Light Manufacturing) zone district
located at 725 E. 19th Street.
