Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items: 1. Minutes of the regular meeting held September 14, 2010. Motion by Lee to approve non - public hearing items. APPROVED B. Public Hearing Items: 1. File No. 08 -1482 - Approval of an extension of time for an REMOVED approved conditional use permit to construct four 2,400 square foot bungalows and to increase the capacity of an existing residential care facility for mentally disabled persons from 30 to 54 beds in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located at 18200 Highway 178. 2. File No. 09 -0315 - Approval of a conditional use permit to REMOVED operate a concrete and asphalt recycling facility on an 11.24-acre site in an M -3 (Heavy Industrial) zone district located at 75 E White Lane. 3. File No. 10 -0456 - Approval of a zoning modification to RES 10 -33 reduce the required rear yard setback for a 986 square foot guesthouse /garage building from 5 to 0 feet in an R- 3 (Multiple - Family Dwelling) zone district located at 2318 BZA Minutes 10/12/10 Page 2 REGULAR MEETING ACTION TAKEN 18'h Street. 4. File No. 10 -0457 - Approval of a conditional use permit to RES 10 -34 add 4,920 square feet of storage space to an existing mini - storage facility and a zoning modification to reduce the required side yard setback adjacent to residentially zoned property from 20 to 0 feet in a C -2 (Regional Commercial) zone district located at 1831 Golden State Avenue. The public hearing was opened. Items 3.B.l.and 3.B.2. were requested to be removed by member Underwood. The public hearing for items 3.B.3. and 3.B.4. was closed. Motion by member Underwood to approve items 3.B.3. APPROVED and 3.B.4. Cincorporating the staff memo dated October 12, 2010 regarding modifications to conditions of approval). 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1.
