Motion by Lee to approve non - public hearing items.

B. Public Hearing Items:
1. File No. 08 -1482 - Approval of an extension of time for an

an existing residential care facility for mentally disabled

The public hearing was opened. Items 3.B.l.and 3.B.2.
were requested to be removed by member Underwood.
The public hearing for items 3.B.3. and 3.B.4. was closed.
Motion by member Underwood to approve items 3.B.3.

and 3.B.4. Cincorporating the staff memo dated October
12, 2010 regarding modifications to conditions of
approval).
