A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held October 12, 2010.
Motion by Lee to approve the non - public hearing item.
B. Public Hearing Items:
File No. 09 -0753 - Approval of an extension of time for an
approved conditional use permit to allow for a temporary
home occupation administrative office use with two
employees in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district
located at 7004 Outingdale Drive.
2. File No. 10 -0292 -- Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 65 -foot tall monopole wireless
communications facility camouflaged as a pine tree with
ancillary equipment in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone
district located at 1 142 S. P Street.
3. File No 10 -0478 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 94 -foot tall monopole wireless
communications facility camouflaged as a palm tree
with ancillary equipment in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling)

Motion by Lee to approve public hearing items 3.B.1. through 3.B.4.
Cincorporating the staff memo dated November 9, 2010 regarding
corrections to the draft resolution and staff report for item 3.B.3j.
