3. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Public Hearing Items:
File No. 11 -0050 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 9,950 square foot medical clinic in an A
(Agricultural) zone district located at 9001 S. H Street.
2. File No. 11 -0079 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct eight tennis courts on the Garces Memorial
High School campus and a zoning modification to permit
a 12 -foot high fence within the 25 -foot rear yard setback
in an R -1 (One - Family Dwelling) zone district located at
2800 Loma Linda Drive.
The public hearing was opened. Pursuant to a memo from staff dated
March 15, 2011, item 3.A.1. was requested by the applicant to be
continued to April 12, 2011.
The public hearing was closed, with the exception of item 3.A.1.
Motion by Member Fick to continue item 3.A.1. to April 12, 2011, and to
approve item 3.A.2.
