A. Consent Calendar Non - Public Hearing Items:
1. Minutes of the regular meeting held March 8, 2011.
2. Minutes of the special meeting held March 16, 2011.
Motion by Member Underwood to approve the non - public hearing
items.
B. Public Hearing Items:
1. File No. 11 -0050 - Approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 9,950 square foot medical clinic in an A
(Agricultural) zone district located at 9001 S. H Street.
2. File No. 08 -1795 - Approval of a one -year extension of
time for an approved conditional use permit to develop
a water park, including paid public parking facilities, and
a 40,000 square -foo-h community center with associated
parking on approximately 28 total acres within an OS
(Open Space) zone district located at 3825 Riverlakes
Drive_

3. File No. 11 -00$7- Approval a conditional use permit to
operate a recyclirg center for the purchasing of
California Redemption Value (CRV) containers from the
public in a C -2 (Regional Commercial) zone district
located at 2300 Panama Lane.
The public hearing was opened. Item 3.B.1. was removed from the
consent agenda by the applicant.
The public hearing was closed, with the exception of item 3.B.1.
Motion by Member Underwood to approve items 3.B.2. and 3.B.3.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. File No. 11 -0050 - A conditional use permit to construct a 9,950
square foot medical clinic in an A (Agricultural) zone district
located at 9001 S. H Street.
The Public Hearing was opened and the staff report was given.
Doug Moore of Clinica Sierra Vista, Applicant, spoke in favor of the
staff recommendation but stated that they are opposed to the
condition of approval requiring payment of a median fee.
The public hearing was closed.
Motion by Member Underwood to approve public hearing item 4.1.
